Gauge
With 15mm (U.S 19) straight needles, 7.5 sts X 10 rows =10X 10cm (4X4 inches) in stockinette stitch
Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm(4 inches), change to a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm(4 inches), change to a smaller needle size.
